Alanset Books is the byproduct of two friends who love writing, DnD, and sexy elves having fun. They currently write the epic fantasy romance series, Thieving Hearts.
Thieving Hearts
Thieving Hearts started as a pandemic writing release in the form of DnD fanfiction. It has since spun out into an intricate story of romance, adventure, and magic with a scope far beyond our primary protagonists. If you enjoy high fantasy and DnD with romance and lots of spice, Thieving Hearts is for you.

Thieving Hearts features a polyamorous MMF relationship that grows and changes as the characters grow as individuals and deepen their relationships with each other. Being inclusive and mindful in our representation of different sexual orientations, sexual preferences and fetishes, gender identities, and species representations is important to us, and we make a point to avoid centering conflict around any of these aspects.
Angelica Babineaux
For as long as Angelica could pick up a pencil, she had ideas she needed to put to page. From furtively-scribbled fanfiction in middle school notebooks to over a decade's worth of successful NaNoWriMo projects, there's never been a time when she didn't have stories inside of her, desperate to escape. She has finally found a project that needed more love and attention than just 30 days in Thieving Hearts, and a great friend and co-author to help bring their world to life.
When she's not feverishly scribbling, you can find her singing with one of her three competitive women's barbershop choruses, running tabletop games as a forever DM, or going on adventures with her husband. Angelica is proud to be a Black woman and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Alex Callan
From a young age Alex has been writing creatively with the dream of one day publishing a fiction novel. Cutting her teeth on fanfiction of various kinds and badly written 90s shounen anime-inspired stories, she never quite had the right story until Thieving Hearts came along. An avid lover of good stories in fantasy, anime/manga, and video games, Alex is thrilled to bring all these influences together in a fantastical, adventurous, and romantic story.
A professional writer by day, Alex spends her free time rotating between the latest RPG of choice, reading, or writing. She has two little ones at home, a loving and supportive husband, and two miniature dachshunds.
